Amenities

Each owner lists the property amenities when he or she lists the property.
If you are unsure of the available property amenities,
click the owner's e-mail link at the bottom of the
property listing. The owner will be glad to answer any
additional questions you might have before deciding to
rent a property.

Cost of Listing

Owners pay a $15.00 listing fee plus 5% commission for each property listing.
Once the listing fee is processed, the ad will
appear in our listings section. The 5% fee is deducted
before monies are released to the property owner.

Paying and Accepting Payment

Payments are processed through our PayPal system. Renters can use their
credit cards or, if they register with PayPal,
can transfer monies directly from their checking account.
Once funding clears, monies are transferred
directly to the property owner.

Terms and Conditions of Rental Agreements

It is important that we protect the rights of both our owners and renters.
However, our owners must be assured that when they
list with us, they will be successful. Once the
sale is finalized, if the renter must cancel within two
weeks of the arrival date he or she must forfeit the
purchase amount. However, we can help the renter sub-lease
the property as a bonus week for a reduced price in order
to recoup some or all of his vacation investment.
